After an incredibly eventful Miami Art Week and Art Basel, we know a lot of folks are inclined to spend this week recovering from the excitement. Where Home Is by Juraj Kojš

Get immersed in an  interactive, sonic, and visual encounter as you confront the world from the perspective of a recently naturalized U.S. citizen. Miami-based musician and composer Juraj Kojš premieres his latest work with Live Arts Miami December 9th through December 11th, Where Home Is. The production is a dynamic music and multimedia navigational experience that spans several levels of the MDC Wolfson Parking Garage in Downtown Miami. MORE INFO

George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®

We hope you’re ready to get lost in the holiday spirit because Miami City Ballet’s production of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker® returns to the stage this weekend. Kicking off at Broward center December 10th through 12th, dive head first into the beloved holiday favorite world and be in awe of more than 100 dancers, dazzling stage effects and a brilliant live orchestra that bring Tchaikovsky’s winter wonderland to life. The production will make its way to The Arsht Center December 16th through 26th and Kravis Center December 29th and 30th. MORE INFO

North Beach Music Festival

The North Beach Bandshell will be getting extra groovy this weekend. December 10th and 11th, some pretty incredible jam and funk bands will be making their way to the stage.
