Miami Spice is back for another month, and we can’t be more excited! This year’s lineup features usual suspects like Byblos, Red, and Chef Adrienne’s, plus some new names added to the list to make it even more interesting. And now that the initial hubbub has calmed down, we’ve had the chance to check out some of Miami’s top eateries to see what their menu selections are all about. Here are the ones that really stood out for us to hit up in the last month of offerings:

Katsuya

This upscale Japanese spot on South Beach has a seriously faithful following, and with good reason. Though Katsuya might be out of some price ranges for some, it’s a perfect option for taking advantage of the Miami Spice prix fixe special. Give into the fresh food with addictive flair.
