For starters try out the Fresh Baked Milk Rolls! Freshly baked with Romero honey whipped butter and sea salt.
Our favorite salad to pair with the bread rolls is this Burrata & Tomato salad. Local burrata, heirloom tomato chutney, toasted hazelnuts, aged balsamic, orange slices, and micro basil. A fan favorite – the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice! Crispy rice tuna tartare, chili oil, scallions, and sesame seeds make up this delicious plate. For seafood lovers, the Alaskan Halibut delicacy is a must try! Seared Halibut, apples, potatoes, corn & fennel, New England clam chowder, and paddle fish caviar. Grilled Octopus anyone? Spanish octopus, piquillo peppers chimichurri, balsamic reduction, crispy potatoes, and micro basil.
For the sushi fanatic the following three plates are a must try! Jalapeño Hamachi Roll, the Dragon Roll, and Salmon Crab Roll. Only have time to stop for a drink? You won’t be disappointed. The carefully curated drink menu by bar manager Bryan Waronker, features a range of invigorating cocktails. Enjoy a drink by the bar while watching your favorite sports team.
COVID-19 Precautions: The Public Square staff takes COVID-19 precautions seriously and continues to operate under strict CDC Guidelines including the use of masks, temperature checks, contact tracing, readily available hand sanitizers to all incoming guests, and six feet social distancing between available tables.
