Social distancing can be hard when some of your strongest bonds are with your wellness community. Since studios, gyms, and other workout destinations are officially closed (or at least have been urges to), we need to help keep their spirit alive. Many wellness spaces have moved to offering online classes or Instagram Live sessions either at a fee, by donation, or completely free. There’s no excuse not to keep up the exercise momentum, and the sweat will keep you sane. Check out our running list:


Modo Yoga – The power yoga studio is offering online classes on their site, and will also be conducting IG Live classes by donation soon.

Rachel Robinson – The Master Trainer at Barry’s is being a saving grace during these tough times by conducting FREE live 30-min workout sessions on her IG every morning.

Corpo Yoga – The beloved local studio has released a daily schedule of virtual classes that can be accessed through the MindBody app at $15 a piece. Check their IG stories for more info.

Barry’s Bootcamp – The sweat-tastic bootcamp that has taken us by storm, Barry’s is conducting twice-daily FREE 20-minute workouts through their IG live every day.

CorePower Yoga – The onDemand yoga service has uploaded plenty of flows for all levels, completely free!

OnePeloton – The massive at-home workout system is offering a 90 Days Free special so everyone can keep up with their fitness in the comfort of their living room.

lululemon – Ever the connector, lululemon has a new virtual community workout uploaded onto their IG channels and YouTube channels every day.

Loveland Yoga – This Texas yoga studio is offering free flows via FB and IG Live every day at 10:30am & 4pm.

[solidcore] – You can get the benefits from this intense pilates workout at home with their daily fitness bursts of all lengths and levels on their IG.

Orangetheory – The cardio HIIT class will be uploading at-home workouts as early as later today to keep their global community connected through fitness.

The Class by Taryn Toomey – Probably the most interesting of workout options on this list, you can try “The Class” for 2 weeks FREE.
